Virtual Seat allows families to watch ceremony real-time on the Internet

PHILADELPHIA, PA – May 1, 2006 – Biondo Communications announced today that it will be broadcasting the 2005 La Salle University Commencement Ceremony on Sunday May 14, 2006. As a service to graduating students and their families, La Salle University has decided to deliver a free live webcast of graduation via the Internet. The purpose of the Webcast is to enhance Commencement 2006 by providing a means of access to those who are unable to attend in person. Family members can log on to La Salle University’s web site and obtain a virtual seat where they can view the Commencement live in its entirety.
Biondo Communications will be using Windows Media 9 to broadcast the 2006 Commencement. End users need to make sure they have a high speed connection to the Internet and Windows Media Player 9 installed on their computer to acheive the best end user experience.
